Bradley’s journey began in 2002 with his first-ever real estate investment—a 32-unit apartment complex. By 2005, he had officially retired from his six-figure corporate career. Since then, he’s acquired over 57 apartment buildings, totaling 11,000+ units and more than $1.2 billion in assets. 

After creating a life of financial abundance, Bradley was inspired to help over 1 million people achieve financial freedom. He launched Sumrok Multifamily Mentoring, built a community and teaches his system to others. His mentees have acquired over $8 billion in apartment complexes and nearly 100,000 units all across the USA, impacting thousands of investors and their families and the residents of their communities. Bradley and his investor community have contributed over $1 million to charity.
