Dolf worked as a senior software engineer for many years at well-known companies like Epson and John Deere. He developed advanced software for robotics and autonomous vehicles before pursuing his passion for Real Estate. 

As a Real Estate Investor, he bought, rehabbed, added square footage, and kept many properties in the Los Angeles area as rentals. He has bought rentals in-state, out-of-state, and internationally. 

As a Realtor and a Syndicator, Dolf has years of experience in the real estate industry. He has built a reputation for integrity, attention to detail, and exceptional negotiation skills. As a dedicated advocate for clients, Dolf goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress-free transaction. As a Builder, Dolf has rehabbed and added square footage to many buildings and legalized structures, increasing their value. This was all done with permits and the city’s blessing.
