Jeremy Rubin, widely known as The Friendly Flipper, is on a mission to flip lives through real estate. A full-time investor and educator, Jeremy specializes in fix-and-flip projects, wholesaling, and creative deal structures that unlock opportunities most investors overlook.
His real estate journey began in 2014, while he was still working full-time at Verizon Wireless. After 11 years in retail sales and management (and 13 years in retail overall), Jeremy knew he wanted a different path—one that offered both financial and personal freedom. With no prior experience in real estate or contracting, he taught himself how to wholesale properties, one step at a time.
By early 2016, Jeremy had completed his first fix-and-flip deal (without using a bank or hard money lender) by getting creative. After six months of trial and error, managing contractors during his lunch breaks, he sold that property and cleared $44,000 profit. Shortly after, he turned in his two weeks’ notice at Verizon and has never looked back.
